Hello all! Today I’m bringing you a lifestyle post all about apps. If you’re reading this post then you probably have a smart phone and you probably have a number of apps on your phone. I know I kind of bored with some of the apps on my phone especially the games. There are a few apps, however, that I know I will keep for a long time or until a better one pops up. Here are 5 apps that I love the right now and they are definitely 5 apps you should download today!
This is a simple shopping list for your phone. I use it when I am buying groceries and it helps me stay on track, remember what I need to buy, and it curbs my spending so that I don’t spend money and luxuries and items that are not essential. This also stops me from wandering around the isles.
This is a cool app to help you manage your money easily and quickly. You can track your expenses and see what you’re spending most of your money on. It took me a while to figure out how I want to use the app but I have my own method now. There are many categories to group your expenses such as savings, bills, health, food, gifts, etc. You can also add your own categories.

If you want to build good habits and break bad ones then get this app. It will help you track your habits so you can see how far you have come and this will encourage you to keep going. Every habit had its own calendar so you just tap on the day to track your habit. The app is very easy to use and the instructions are easy to follow.
I’ve used to track many things, one of them being yoga. I wanted to see if I could do yoga every day for at least 5 to 10 minutes and longer if I wanted to. My longest streak was 48 days! I’m currently trying to pass that streak now. The great thing about the app is that habits don’t have to be a daily thing. You can set it to a few days a week e.g cardio, 3 days a week.

7 Cups of Tea
Don’t ask me how I stumbled on this website. We all need to get things off of our chests from time to time. Sometimes it’s better to talk to someone who is unbiased. Someone who doesn’t know you or the people in your life. They can look at your problem or situation from the outside and be supportive and allow you to vent.
7 Cups of Tea is a website and app that allows you to connect with someone who will really listen to you. They are trained in various courses through 7 Cups of Tea such as anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship problems, traumatic experiences, bullying, etc. When you don’t feel comfortable opening up to people in your life, you can talk to someone on this app. The listeners are lovely people who only want to help you. The app is free, anonymous, and confidential. You can look up a specific listener who has the skills you need or you can just let them assign you to an available listener. The app is a bit slower than the website but it’s worth the free download.
Playing games like Sudoku is a good way to exercise our brains. If you’re keeping your body in shape, that’s good! But we need to keep our minds active as well. This game is free and the graphics are good. I like to play it when I have a spare moment or two. There are 4 levels of difficulty you can play. I personally prefer playing it on easy mode.
