Fry’s Meat Free Pops are one of my favourite snacks to eat. It’s so versatile and quick to make. ┬áIt’s non-GMO, a good source of fibre and protein, it contains no artificial colourants or added preservatives, and it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This what is inside the box. A bag of pops and a sachet of chutney flavoured sprinkles.

They are super easy to cook. First heat some oil in a pan.

Then add the pops. It’s best to add them little by little so that they cook evenly.

Cook them for a few minutes and they will start to get nice and brown.

Cook until they are as brown and crispy as you want them.

Then transfer them onto a plate.

You can have them plain…

… Or you could add some of the chutney sprinkles onto the pops. I added more than half the packet. The chutney sprinkles are nice and sweet!

You could eat them just like that from the plate or you can do what I did. I put them back into the box, closed it, shook it for a bit, and then ate them straight from the box. It tasted so good and they are quite filling for a while.

These pops are yummy and I like having them once in a while. Another way to serve them is to add some to a wrap with veggies and sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!
